Every Surge TCG card is checked, protected and dispatched with care. Here is how we assess condition, package orders and handle any problems honestly if they occur.

Checked by eye, every time
Every card is inspected under good lighting. We check the corners, edges, surface and centring, then verify the card name, number, finish and rarity before publication. Any noticeable flaw is disclosed in the listing.
Sleeved and rigid every order
Every card is placed in a penny sleeve and rigid protection before dispatch, regardless of its value.
Dispatched promptly
Orders are packed and posted promptly using the delivery service shown in the listing. Tracking is provided where it is included with the service or requested by the buyer.
CONDITION STANDARDS
What our condition terms mean.
We assess raw, ungraded cards by eye against consistent condition standards. Our descriptions are not professional numerical grades. Any noticeable flaw will be described in the listing and photographed where practical.
NEAR MINT
Minimal or no visible wear. Cards may have very small factory or handling imperfections visible only on close inspection. No creases, staining or moderate damage. Any noticeable flaw is disclosed in the listing.
LIGHTLY PLAYED
Minor, clearly disclosed wear such as light whitening, edge wear or a small surface mark. Flaws are described and photographed where practical.
RARITY TERMS
Illustration Rare, Special Illustration Rare, Ultra Rare and similar rarity terms are used exactly as printed for the card. We do not upgrade, approximate or invent rarity descriptions.

Pulled and checked
Cards are pulled from sealed product or sourced individually, then checked carefully before they are listed.

Sleeved and protected
Each card is placed in a penny sleeve and rigid protection, regardless of the card’s value.

Packed for transit
Orders are packed with rigid support so cards cannot easily bend or shift in transit.

Dispatched promptly
